Where did "Jack Rabbit "come from ? |
Our company name gJack Rabbith derives from an unforgettable encounter with a Jack Rabbit at Sea Ranch, California.
It was at sunset in the vast grassland one fine summer day, when I first met Jack Rabbit. He suddenly popped up his huge body out from the grass, then hopped away on its powerful hind legs in a flash, out of sight. I could hardly believe my eyes that I had actually seen a rabbit-- it was so big! Hoping that our company would grow steadily with strong basis like the Jack Rabbit, I decided to name this company gJack Rabbith.

There are two types of Jack Rabbit, the Black-tailed hare and the White-tailed hare. They are large hares found in grasslands and desert throughout the United States, and grow to be 45 to 60 centimeters tall. Being faithful vegetarians, they eat only wide ranges of herbs and shrub. Their hind legs are extremely long and strong, enabling them to run as fast as 70 kilometers per hour. Body heat is released from their 20-centimeter long ears as they run.
